About me

I’m Caroline, an ARCH registered Colonic Hydrotherapist, Naturopath and Nutritional Therapist with over 16 years’ experience helping people improve their digestion, energy and overall wellbeing.

My background blends natural sciences, biomedicine, nutrition and naturopathy, along with specialist training in colon hydrotherapy accredited by A.R.C.H. This strong foundation means every treatment is safe, informed and genuinely holistic, not just a procedure but a tailored approach to your health.

My passion for gut and digestive health comes from seeing how deeply it affects every part of life. When someone’s digestion improves, everything shifts: mood, clarity, confidence and comfort. Supporting clients through that transformation is what drives me. I take time with each person, offering a calm, caring space and guidance that is personal, practical and never rushed.

I've been practising in Littleport, Cambridgeshire since 2012 and London since 2010, helping clients with concerns such as bloating, constipation, sluggish digestion and general digestive discomfort. By combining gentle colon hydrotherapy, naturopathic principles and personalised nutritional advice, I help clients better understand their symptoms and work towards long-term digestive wellbeing.
