What is Naturopathy?

Naturopathy is a holistic approach to health that works with the body's natural ability to heal and maintain balance.

Rather than simply treating symptoms, naturopathy looks at the underlying factors that may be contributing to illness, including nutrition, lifestyle, stress, environment and digestive health.

Every person is unique, which is why no two consultations are the same. By understanding your health history, daily habits and individual goals, I can create practical recommendations that support long-term wellbeing rather than temporary symptom relief.

My Approach

As a qualified Naturopath, Nutritional Therapist and ARCH Registered Colon Hydrotherapist, I believe good health begins with understanding the body as a whole.

Our modern lifestyles expose us to ongoing stress, highly processed foods, environmental pollutants and busy schedules that can gradually affect digestion, energy levels and overall wellbeing.

My role is to help you understand these influences and support you in making realistic, sustainable changes that fit your lifestyle.

Rather than offering quick fixes, I focus on practical nutrition, healthy habits and education so you feel empowered to take control of your own health.

Where appropriate, naturopathic advice can also complement colonic hydrotherapy, helping to support longer-lasting improvements in digestive health and overall wellbeing.

Meet Your Practitioner

I have spent many years studying health, nutrition and the sciences, combining academic knowledge with practical clinical experience.

After completing a Diploma in Health and Social Care and a BSc (Honours) in Natural Sciences, I continued my studies at the College of Naturopathic Medicine in London, graduating as a Nutritional Therapist and Naturopath in 2009.

I later trained in Colon Hydrotherapy at the National College of Colon Hydrotherapy and have been practising since 2010.

Today I combine these disciplines to provide personalised, holistic support that helps clients understand their health and make lasting lifestyle changes.

Frequently Asked Questions

What happens during a naturopathic consultation?

Your consultation is an opportunity to explore your health in detail. We'll discuss your symptoms, medical history, diet, lifestyle, stress levels and health goals, alongside tongue and nail analysis to build a fuller picture of your wellbeing. From there, I'll provide personalised recommendations that may include nutrition, lifestyle guidance, supplements and complementary therapies to support your digestive health and overall wellbeing.

What health concerns can naturopathy support?

My naturopathic approach is designed to complement your colon hydrotherapy treatment by looking beyond symptoms and considering the wider factors that influence your health. Alongside digestive concerns such as bloating, constipation and sluggish digestion, we may also discuss nutrition, stress, sleep, lifestyle and other factors that can affect your gut health and overall wellbeing. Every recommendation is tailored to your individual needs and health goals.

Can naturopathy work alongside my GP's advice?

Yes. Naturopathy is intended to complement, not replace, conventional medical care. If you're receiving treatment from your GP or another healthcare professional, any recommendations will be made with this in mind. I encourage clients to continue following their GP's advice and to seek medical guidance for any new, persistent or concerning symptoms.

Will I receive a personalised health plan?

Yes. Following your consultation, I'll provide personalised recommendations based on your symptoms, health history and goals. Depending on your individual needs, this may include nutrition, lifestyle guidance, supplements or complementary therapies to help support your digestive health and overall wellbeing.
