Pre-Colonic Health Questionnaire

Before treatment, all clients are required to complete a confidential Pre-Colonic Health Questionnaire.

  • Current and previous health conditions

  • Allergies

  • Previous surgery

  • Digestive symptoms

  • Pregnancy status (where applicable)

  • Lifestyle information relevant to your treatment

  • Any other information necessary to assess whether colon hydrotherapy is appropriate and safe.

We only collect and process this information where it is necessary to:

  • Assess your suitability for treatment.

Optional Genetic Information

Where you choose to book our Blood Type Testing service, you may choose to share selected information from your 23andMe Health reports (such as Secretor status) to provide additional context during your consultation. We do not require or request your raw genetic data. Providing this information is entirely optional and is used solely to provide context during your consultation. Any 23andMe Health report or selected information you choose to share is not retained or incorporated into your client records.
 

All health information is treated as strictly confidential.
 

Staying Connected (Marketing)

If you choose to Stay Connected, we collect:

Terms & Conditions

Bookings

Appointments can be booked online using Wix Bookings.

All clients must complete a confidential Pre-Colonic Health Questionnaire before treatment.

Submitting a booking request does not guarantee treatment.

Naturally Healthy Colonics reserves the right to postpone or decline treatment where it is not considered appropriate or safe.
 

Client Accounts (Members Area)

Clients may choose to create a secure account on our website to help manage appointments and access certain booking features. Creating an account is optional and is not required to book our services unless otherwise stated.

If you choose to create a client account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and confidential. Please notify us as soon as possible if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or remove member accounts where these Terms and Conditions are breached, fraudulent or unlawful activity is suspected, or where it is necessary to protect the security or operation of our website.

If you create a client account, you may be able to view, manage, reschedule or cancel eligible appointments through your account or via the secure booking links provided in your booking confirmation emails. These features remain subject to our booking and cancellation policies.


Payment

Depending on the service selected, you may choose to:

  • Pay securely online using Wix Payments, including debit and credit cards, Apple Pay or Google Pay, where available.

  • Pay by bank transfer using the payment details provided by Naturally Healthy Colonics.

  • Pay in person at your appointment (where this option is available).
     

Some treatment packages require payment in full at the time of booking. Where this applies, it will be clearly shown during the booking process.
 

Naturally Healthy Colonics does not request or store your payment card details. Online payments are processed securely by our payment providers, and bank transfers should only be made using the account details provided directly by Naturally Healthy Colonics.


Cancellations

Please provide at least 72 hours' notice if you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment.

Appointments paid in advance may be refunded or transferred where sufficient notice has been given.

Late cancellations and missed appointments may result in the appointment fee being retained.


Preparing for Your Appointment

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate health information.

  • Informing us of any changes to their health before treatment.

  • Following any pre-treatment guidance provided before their appointment.
     

Failure to provide accurate information or follow pre-treatment guidance may result in treatment being postponed or declined.
